Club Programme 2010/11
Advanced Photoshop - Please note that having run basic sessions for the last few years the digital evenings in this year’s programme are aimed at more advanced users and are the next step on from the basic Photoshop sessions. They are designed for those already familiar with using Photoshop or Photoshop Elements for basic editing and will cover the use of more advanced tools. Digital Art Group - these evenings are aimed at members who are confident users of digital manipulation techniques and would like the opportunity to improve their skills and share ideas with others.

Sept 3rd	Enrolment Evening - if you are interested in joining the club as a new member or wish to renew your membership, please come along on this evening. Meet the committee and find out about the club.
Sept 10th	Critique Evening - Bring along 2-3 prints for some friendly advice and comments
Sept 17th	Advanced Photoshop Tuition or Digital Art Group (to be confirmed) Hand in date for Competition 1
Sept 24th	Talk by Phillip Mugridge - Wildlife photography
Oct 1st	Competition 1 - Open (prints only)
Oct 8th	Talk by Sheila Haycox - Prints and AV
Oct 15th	WCPF Exhibition Prints - Roadshow of the Members WCPF Exhibition Prints, an opportunity to view the prints from the exhibition which was this year displayed in Bideford
Oct 22nd	"Bring & Buy" evening - if you have some photographic equipment you would like to dispose of, or wish to acquire, this is your chance. Bring along anything you'd like to sell - and don't forget your wallet or purse for those things you suddenly realise you can't live without!

Nov 5th	Night out - Fireworks in Bath
Nov 12th	Talk by Peter Pearce - Wildlife photography
Nov 19th	Competition 2 - Themed (to be confirmed) digital images only
Dec 3rd	Digital Art Group - NOTE this will be held at Buckland Dinham Village Hall
Dec 10th	Club Xmas Meal - details to follow. All members and partners welcome. Hand in date for Competition 3

May 6th	Talk by Colin Varndell - Natural Details (close up and macro photography). Colin's website www.colinvarndell.co.uk Hand in date for Competition 6
May 13th	Travelling Portfolio - those photographs which didn't quite make it into the WFPC annual exhibition. The top 100 of these 'near misses' are circulated to clubs to form the focus of a critique evening. A great opportunity to view some very high quality images.
May 20th	Competition 6 Open - Digital only
May 27th	AGM - all members welcome to attend
